Terms and Conditions

Release Agreement

In consideration of a family’s membership in the CFBC, said family members hereby release the CFBC and its representatives from liability for damages for any injury sustained by any individual in the family while participating in a CFBC activity. This RELEASE shall apply regardless of whose fault caused the injury in question and in particular shall bar any claims for injuries resulting from negligence of the CFBC or its representatives. Agreement to be bound by the terms of this RELEASE is a condition of membership in the CFBC.
